Since quite a while youtube has become rather clickbaity with tits, ass, lingerie and lavish looks inviting me to click on wastes of precious lifetime.

As im a bit of a primitive person and rather easily sexually aroused i have been trying to find a solution to my problem, which is spending time on youtube without being exposed to sexual content.

Of course i could stop using youtube and such and so on. But no, im looking for a more elegant solution, which might not exist, but before i give up and rape a nun, id like to ask you fine persons here for ideas?

I feel you @spacetime The best thing I can do is that. On the video page you interested, while you see many uninterested stupid, empty videos. If you hover your mouse on the right corner of a recommended video, you'll see a hidden button. Click on it and "not interested".



You can do similar removing on the homepage too. You can even say why you don't wanna see that video again. I'm using youtube like this for months and I don't see some stupid videos but I still see similar disturbing videos and some paid recommendations which has no "not interested" button. There are too many of them and it's almost impossible to get rid off them completely.

There's also a nice little solution, called "YouTube +".
It is available as Addon for Firefox or as "Userscript" for all browsers, who can load such scripts using an addon like
Greasemonkey (Firefox), Tampermonkey (Chrome), Violent monkey (Opera), etc. and btw. with such addon, you can load also
functions, that aren't installable as addon because of restrictions of the developers (like google who forbids adblockers which can block
google ads in chrome), if you have a script which does the same job.

When you've installed that addon and/or loaded that script, you'll have a little play button with a plus on top of every Youtube page in your browser



That's the options of YouTube + and there you can activate a blacklist, which blocks everything from YT, you don't want to see.



To then block a video or better said a group of videos, hover your mouse over a video thumbnail and you'll see
a little X in the top right corner. If you hit that, the whole channel/ video owner gets blocked from your Youtube page
and also from your searches on youtube. My list is quite big now.



And that's just a little feature of YouTube +. You also can customize the whole YT page to your preferences,
block all ads incl. video ads on YT, create a moveable mini player to view the video when scrolling through comments



add download buttons under the videos etc...
I never had a better experience with YT and I use such scripts since years now.
