I'm pretty sure there was a vocal pack going around, maybe some acapella vinyls, not sure. But these vocals HAD to be in some packs somewhere at some time.
They were used everywhere, and still get used today.

I'm pretty sure someone will recognize them. Just a couple examples.
Right off at the start in Sequential One - My love is hot and in many other Sequential One's songs.
On this game music, there's even lyrics in the description. This is just a huge mash up I think, not sure.
Some more here.

I was wondering if these were ripped from hip hop vocals, or whatever. But I recognized countless of other samples used throughout the 90s and early 00s "... the House Transmission!"

I'm aware of the AKAI Vocal packs, but I didn't find them there. Maybe someone recognize this stuff or can point out to similar acapellas. I have no idea why looking for the lyrics online gives literally 0 information about the originals.

I found the CD. It is called 'CLIMAX RAPSODY' by Mastetbits. But guess what? Companys website looks dead and you can't buy it anywhere. Maybe some russian sites but I can't figure that out. Obviously no trace of it on the net
