I do not have headphones amp. Is it gonna be a problem with headphones with high Ohm instead or lower Ohm like 80 etc?

Yes, if you want your 250Ω headphones to perform at their peak, you should get a headphone amp. The headphone amp on the scarlet is under-powered for high of a resistance. They'll work, they just wont work as at their peak, and volume might be a problem.

And now we are touching the issue of a sound card.Good conversion + digital summing --> good sound card -->a lot of money
Generally the low impedance headphones can be used in I-pods and stuff like that (yeap there are people that do that as well).
If you have a decent sound card you shall go for the high impedance ones.
+ The Beyerdynamics have the most flat response of ALL out there (Audio Technika, AKG etc.)
