I'd like to get suggestions of Voices VST. Male and female voices that I could use to make background chorus.

I use to know Symphony Of Voices (Spectrasonics), but I can't find it anymore.

I use http://www.plogue.com/products/alterego/ . It's small, VSTi, and FREE (like MySQL). Quality is eh, but it's good enough for BVs.

text to speech is the best . you can recored it then pitching the voice to created female or man .
if you have a mac pc it has great text to speech .

Xpand2 from Air music Technology is great. On their own, the voices are a bit blurgghh! bit they sit ever so well in the mix.

 

Best Service Peter Siedlazcek's Complete Orchestral Collection.

It's mainly an orchestral based library but it also contains perhaps THE choir sounds you're looking for.
