Thread started on December 10, 2013. Almost three years ago! Just goes to show how popular these Kontakt instruments are (at least to us hardcore addicts). <lol> It will probably go on 'forever' (whatever "forever" means). That's why we have to always thank Introninja for starting this thread in the first place. As a matter of fact, Introninja was the guy who initially inspired me to begin making these wallpapers. He is definitely the "guru" of all things Kontakt (IMHO).

 

Say Celtic: Check out page 18 for that one. There are so many pages to this thread, it becomes quite easy to duplicate wallpapers that have already been created. I've gone through every page in this thread and have seen quite a few duplicates (sometimes 'triplicates')!

 

I created a wallpaper for this one not too long ago, but I HATE it. It seems simple enough, but trying to reduce the fancy lettering so that it fits properly within the confines of the tab box (without making it too small) is a chore. (BTW, one of the few wallpapers that I've had trouble making). I will never post a wallpaper unless I'm totally satisfied that it is 'visually' appealing (at least to me). I've seen this wallpaper made by other designers, but to be honest, none of them do this one justice. I'll continue to try to get this one right. Then I will post it.

That´s the reason because I ask to you a special wallpaper for Roland JD-990 Super JD because files are in Kontakt format.

We have thousands more and an artist like NYCGRIFF for making amazing personalized wallpapers

And I can give any NICNT file for any unofficial Kontakt library. I have hundreds of combinations prepared. Not SNPID duplicated.

 

Is there a central repository? I've gone through all the pages here and picked out what I wanted so far.

 

No what I notice. There are lots of compilations of walls and nicnt on the scene. That´s an idea we hadn´t thought. There are collections and could be prepared in a rar file, but that´s a huge work. Would be like 1000 walls and nicnt. That´s too time for all of us. But you can find kontakt wallpapers in many free sites, like torrent.

What we usually do is asking or publish one or some of them. But you can take a look in all pages. Here there are walls that anyone more published, thanks to the master and other friends. What happens here is that some of us have more than 1000 Kontakt libs and many of them were published without wallpaper (nicnt is a phantasm for releasers).

 

Absolutely! What I have been doing lately, is to create wallpapers that are current. As you correctly point out, there are thousands and thousands of available wallpapers out here, and thousands of graphics artists who really do some very fine work. But lately, I try and deal with the more recent libraries, as to not duplicate something that has already been rendered (probably countless times).

 

I have this on the drawing board. Will post it soon.
