How Can I Open A .adi Backup?

    I have a file on my external called Disk Backup.adi which is 173 gb in size. I have done a google search on how to open it and tried several methods but nothing works. Advice?

    It probably is a partition cloned using Active@ softwares in a disk image format like DMG and ISO.
    Try their freewares.
