    Well almost they slap a new GUI on it and call it a miracle. LOL
    What has always got me laughing is, remember the tada when win 98 booted.
    Do you know why it played Tada. It was a f#$%ing miracle it booted.

    And let's not forget the usb blue screen crash with gates live on stage.

    They want cortana to be smartest. For that, they need our privacy. But they would've given us option to disable tracking our privacy. They must listen to people who need privacy. Cortana is useless to me on desktop.
