Vocal as a funky guitar?

    Hi. I recently saw a video where you can hear some live mode from FL Studio 10.5
    I liked a lot the vocal part, it's the own voice of the guy who did the song and it sounds autotuned and phased or something like that. I tried to remade it but it's very dificult to get that funky sound. HELP!

    You can hear it very clear at 6:47 of this video.
