Yeah, I like it. Ignore the following crit because it will prolly sound way 2 harsh - I kinda think it needs sum melody about 3 mins in, u start 2 get a bit fatigued by then. I dunno if the BoP is supposed 2b ironic, cos I kinda smiled at it being a budgie or parakeet or carrier pigeon or sumthing, so that was kinda kewl. Liked the bass, the kick sounds a bit tupperwarey and the snare sound is a bit kinda too white noise / crisp packet. Also the comping is a bit too on the nose. I kept expecting sum slow strings 2 pad things out & contrast all the uber-attack. But, u know, opinions. I was mostly smiling tho! *squawk*!

 

Nah, I'm only learning so anyone who takes time out to listen and review my tracks get's a big thumbs up from me. I agree with everything you said, I have something to work on now

hmm, to be honest, it' too frantic for me to be an ambient track, I miss the flow. For a conventional track i miss a stringent arrangement. I want an intro, verse (break), build, chorus (drop), outro. Most people on the planet are used to that structure and (in my humble opinion) it's not a good idea, trying to invent the wheel new. At least not compleatly new. The sound is ok for me. All you need is a suspense curve (i am no native speaker so i'm hoping not not be misheard).

 

I hear ya, I need to work on my suspension. I know how to do it, I just need to put it into practice. As for structure I know where your coming from, but it's pretty true to Deep House. Have a look at Kerri Chandler stuff, you'll see what I mean.

 

Listening right now, I'm loving that bassline
It's pretty chill, but like someone else said above I was expecting something "new" to come in around 3 minutes (or later after that little pause). Length is fine.
Maybe the kick is a bit too strong, but that rounds down to personal tastes I guess. Actually it's fine nvm.
Also I like how you play with the synth's filter at some point

Thanks for the feedback Backtired. I totally get the wanting something new aspect. Something I'm working on thanks to feedback. It's all a learning process for me.
