Hi guys
Since it's years I am waiting for a working Mac version of Soundtoys and since it seems that Soundtoys 5 work without dongle, I am considering To buy them.
Just one question :
If i authorize Soundtoys with computer based ilok software, is it possibile i have some troubles with other cracked plugins of my Mac?

No problems at all. I run Pro Tools 11 right next to Pro Tools 10 Openssh. They happily live side by side.

But what about the cracked plugins in The same folder of authorized ilok plugins like soundtoys?

 

Assuming you don't have a modified DYLIB file (see that openssh crack), you should have 0 problems on OSX.

 

Do you know where to find a thread explaining that exact difference and installation ? And the Soundtoys thread ?
I've already read every thread about openssh but i'm confused because of the 2 different procedures...

 

No i don't have dylib Files
I was tempted to install openssh cracks but i got scared about changing my system without any knowkedge of it...
I Just want to be extra sure that installing legal soundtoys on Mac doesn't mess up my plugin archive

I repeat, if you do not have any modiefied DYLIB in your usr/bin folder, you have 0 reasons to worry, no matter what other cracked software you have in your computer.
