Everytime i see this kind of response i'm wondering... what's the point ?

Do you think people who buy this don't know they can learn guitar too or even hire a guitarist ? Do you think they can't have any other valid reason to buy this ?

I can always pick out fake guitar sounds. They never sound real. I've heard fake guitar everywhere in almost every kind of music. Especially soundtracks.

exactly. i'm a vocalist. i can barely eke out a decent part on a keyboard. i don't have time to master a guitar too. i think there's probably a reason that some of the most popular sampler libraries are guitar based.

they don't sound real -to you. and probably to most good guitarists. but to the average person sitting in a theater watching a movie, they sound real. guitars are often the most heavily effected sounds in a composition, so with all the layers of eq, phasing, distortion, compression, and other forms of sonic manipulation going on, there are very few people who can say "oh yeah, the original underlying sound was definitely from a sampler". a sampled guitar is a digitally recorded real guitar. pretty much every commercial recording of a guitar is digitally recorded these days. so i'm sorry, but yeah, a digitally recorded real guitar does sound like a guitar.

Fake or real if you can't write for it properly it doesn't matter. I've plenty of people say "oh i know real and fake" and they usually DONT. no offense, this software may be a toy of a virtual guitar but I can play real guitar as well as any jerk off metal masterbater It doesn't matter in the end. Only guitarist care, it's only the guitarists who can't see the big picture, only the view from their own positions. Like coder's who say "i only use notepad to code" and your shit sucks.

Point is You assume the same for everything saying your skills in hearing are that top notch, but i doubt it. Most people can't figure out 90% of drums have digital overlays on acoustic recording.

Not to mention the "why dont you play real guitar" is a dick comment. Why do you learn how to play the 30 instruments I can? The point is moot and posting it was nothing more than being an internet dick.

Well, I can't play ´real´ anymore cause of disease. I kind of never understand naysayers, so closed minded. You don't need it, don't use it. Technology has saved my musician's life. There are many other reasons one could use it. Open your eyes.

Of course, and everybody could just play every instrument for real (guitar, bass, drums, strings, brass, etc) and everybody could mix with real hardware eqs, comps, efxs and not plugins. This way nobody would need to enter into this website to download software and libs, nor have to read ridiculous comments
