hello guys
i was trying to look another crack to ableton and one of them destroyed my ableton registry when i open ableton i get this error:this authorization file is invalid on this computer
and i changed my windows still same problem!i think its about kind of virus or my pc banned from ableton?

 

what are the Ableton Support says ? did you ask them if they have banned you ?

 

Why would he contact Ableton support with a cracked version?

 

... to see if they could fix it?

 

Uninstall Ableton, clean out the registry, %appdata% and Programdata folders. Install the latest R2R version. Have a nice day

SOLVED THIS PROBLEM WITH INSTALLING OLDER VERSION. I THINK LIVE HAS NOT DONE ANY USEFUL UPDATES THIS YEARS AND BEST VERSION I LIKED WAS 9.2 AND THIS WORKED FOR ME! THIS NEW UPDATES ARE REALLY HARD FOR MY PC I DONT CARE ACUTALY CAUSE DAVID GUETTA USED TO USE LIVE 8 SO I CAN BE AWESOME WITH 9.REGARDS THANKS

 

You do know that from Guetta (and pretty much any A-class producer) the track goes from arrangement (Live, FL) to a professional mixing session (all tracks bounced in audio, with a whole new set of plug-ins on these tracks) then a mastering one?

Not saying that any of these DAWs are bad... just in case you don't quite get comparative results when you A/B Guetta, you know why

 

Ableton Live will also crash all the Time by using Caps Lock .

I have the same problem with my computer, and I'm getting a bit crazy now
My 9.6.2 Live version was working perfectly still yesterday, and today it said that I must register. I tried everything from re-patching and total reinstall, and it always tell me that the license is invalid with this computer.

I'm on OSX 10.11.5, I use R2R command line patch, perfectly followed instructions. Anyone has an idea ?
Anyone knows how to completey remove Live and its authorizations data ? Already tried Application Support

Ok just managed to crack it !

What I did EXACTLY:
With 9.5:
Install, run patcher, launch ableton live (not from auth file), register later, keep live open, open authorization file.

 

I just registered to THANK YOU for this!

Works like a charm.

 

If you uninstall Ableton Live the cracked Auth.file does not go with it unless you use Revo, CCleaner or manually delete it. The next time you install Live, it automatically tries to authorize with the old Authorization file. At least this is what I noticed with my installations ever since the new keygens requiring the Hardware-ID.

 

WOW! THIS MEANS I CAN BE MOAR AWESOMER WHEN LIVE 10 COMES OUT! YAY!

 

This happened to me when I went from authorize key gens to prepatched. It tries to read the old key gen when it won't be valid anymore. Had to completely uninstall old version, and just use prepatched for updated version and it worked with no issues. Why I think he went back to old version with no issues. Has to take old version off completely and follow steps instructions given

I'm trying to install Ableton Live Suite 9.1.1 and the authorization always works initially, the first time Ableton is opened after being installed. But once I close the program and open it again it prompts me to Authorize AGAIN. I tried what @sikopak suggested and tried what the instructions said and got the same result. Any ideas? Some one please help!
