Nah. I'll try to explain what I mean, I'm sure you know what I'm after.
At some boards, if you go to the "new posts" subpage, there is an icon in front of each thread indicating whether the thread is yet unread by you, if you have read it, and if you participated in a particular discussion. I know this functionality from phpbb and vbulletin and I miss it dearly. If I'm correct the old audiosex had this, too?

I have been waiting for this thread for a long time... Here goes! There is top 10 Weekly... But how about a Top 10 Yearly?! Or Monthly.. I think these would help everybody out finding the best posts. ;)

I just mean overall + most popular posts.. There's a weekly.. Why not at least a monthly. Maybe a yearly?

1. Option to change your vote/rating (Ie: Downvoting vs upvoting) I've accidentally hit "Downvote" when intending to hit "Upvote" because of page jumps, clumsy fingers, too much eggnog or coffee for breakfast, etc.
2. The search engine is a bit weird. I can do a search, but then do another search, and it will search only within the results. Unless I refresh the page or something.
3. Anytime I try to delete my post, I get "Hacking attempt. Not logged." This is weird. Did you just call me a hacker? LOL
4. Backup moderators. Especially to approve posts. How the actual hell does this poor Zeger Wu guy eat, sleep, and get laid when he's reviewing all these damn posts? Because I think I found a pic of him:


5. The ability to go back and edit your post if it's disapproved. Do you realize how frustrating it is to have to copy & paste all that product info all over again and reconstruct the whole post over again all because of a small error? Here's an idea:


^On another note, I'll approve that this is still the most effective solution to acne I have ever performed on my face. I also heard this is how the Kardashians get a makeover! LOL

There's a small annoying problem with AudioZ. Sometimes new software isn't posted in chronological order. Usually, I check the site ignoring previous posts, but sometimes I notice that something new has been posted out of order. If at all possible it would be nice if there was a way to force new posts to the top of the list so I will not have to worry about missing out on a great release because it went unnoticed. Also, it helps in avoiding confusion as to whether or not a particular item was downloaded or not. Thanks.

Or maybe give us option to use advance search without typing anything(Currently - Minimum 4 characters) in the search box so that we can see the overall results.

 

my opinions
i like the archive column, i often see things there i wouldnt have seen otherwise.
dark background with light lettering is actually better for the eyes and i can see things very clearly.

The only thing I could criticize (constructively) I think is the search engine. It only shows 10 pages when there's much more results. You can obviously use the detailed search, there are certain users that basically post everything, but I remember missing some very interesting and good posts from normal users and I couldn't find them all because it shows only 10 pages max.
Other than that I think the rest is perfect.

 

I am talking about getting advanced search features ( eg: "sort by views" ) without typing any single word in the search box.
By doing this, we can see top 150 ( Most viewed/rated/commented etc) from the all the posts ever posted on Audioz.
This feature is not much useful to many here. But it is cool.

Please add Rockfile to the default hosters list. I have seen many files deleted from Rapidgator but not from Rockfile. And Rockfile is a limitless free hoster, with limit in speed only, which is 6-7 times than free account speed of ul or rg.
