Is there anything out there about what consoles the different console shaper models are based on?

 

yeah good question. first time i heard it it was a shocking experience sonically. never heard that kind of analogish 3d-ness in a daw before. i feel it's not done yet it needs more shaping and fine-tuning. this is the future of daw's 'cause it just sounds sweeter

 

Various subtle hints were dropped about it being modeled after an SSL.

I'm still waiting for Slate's.

 

The only thing I've seen from PreSonus about it is that it's modeled after a very famous British analog console.
