sounds like some squares with an envelope attack high decay down low with a sustaining sub some disto, chorus, verb, limit and whammo...
is my best guess but I'm sure @Baxter will get it he can't resist a how to and he's always spot on!

baxter gnna be like: you get the quantum physical abstraction bi poloid waveform and suffuse it with a diametric sonic modular amplification cosine unit. Then you just lower the decay of the inner harmonics within the synthetic physical modeling setup and route the waveforms to the high caliboid aural filter.

Sounds to me like there are two sounds layered here, one that is the sustained thick and consistent subby bass, and the other sounds almost like what you would get if you used the waveform from a kick drum and loop it to get a bass sound... something quite low pitched for sure, I would experiment.

 

tweak the 1991 preset from massive hahaha
