I prefer drugs...

 

Interestingly, for some reason I rarely drink beer at home, but I love to have it in a pub, and when I drink it then I drink something really tasty like Guinness or some other stout ale. I genera;;y prefer Irish and English beers, but German or Dutch cold lager feels nicely refreshing in summer, and sometimes I just feel like having a lighter beer for a change.

Two or more pints [pint is a little more than half a litre] of ale can make you rather tipsy, while two pints of lager not so much, especially if you like to nibble peanuts with it, like me.

When making music, I prefer sipping red wine and have a spliff from time to time, and I do like to combine cold lager with the spliff, because red wine is too strong and one can get rather thirsty.

p.s. I make better music on alcohol than drugged. When you're drugged everything sounds nice and interesting... until you wake up next morning.

i think this question prolly best sums up my conclusions after 2-3 years of drinking beer... why do we drink this? why is it so disgusting?? why would someone even want to acquire this taste? the only reason i can think of is 'to get drunk'... well screw that, there are far better ways to get drunk which are more efficient and require a lot let pissing

 

Less gas too. Which is why, if I am trying to get drunk for the sake of it I do shots, lots and lots of shots.

I would say more tolerable,hence why many men become alcoholics.

I did it over decades, sometimes excessive. Then I thought let's stop it.

Idk, I like Jägermeister and Amaretto/Disaronno (is that a girl liquor? Idc) Jägermeister I can drink with or without beer, it's almost like a vitamin drink to me. No hangovers with either. Wish the liquor stores took foodstamps (It's called SNAP here, which I think is endlessly funny, cause I think that's racist) in my neighborhood, but they don't.

 

There's only one thing that surpasses my euphorically tripped out space-capades and that is my laser-focused sober thought.

 

When I do drink beer, I like a nice tall cloudy hefeweizen. Any will do, I'm not picky. But more likely and when Im producing, its rum and my never ending bowl of weed.

 

Italian wine, preferably with pasta/garlic/olive oil, is treating me well, these days.
