problems with Uploaded.net payment transaction error.

    Anyone having problems with extending your premium Uploaded.net? I've been trying to extend my premium account and i keep getting this payment transaction error;

    "An error has occured during the payment transaction! This payment method has NOT been charged!"
    If the problem persists, please contact our support.

    Never happened to me before. Normally i'd pay them with no problems at all.

    Had same problem here some time ago!

    "This payment method has NOT been charged!" <----- They actually charged me several times for one month and I havent recieved the money they own yet!

    Why didn't you dispute the charge with your bank/credit card company?

    They charged you?? Really?? But its says NOT been charged!

    @juboh...I wonder if Uploaded have been changing their server and systems set up recently ???
    I've paid for a monthly premium without any hassles for a while but this month it took many attempts to get my Paysafe payment to go through. When it finally did i didnt get my normal email confirmation and 48hr coupon from Uploaded. Sure enough my premium days ran out the next day and i was downgraded to free. I contacted them and their reply, admitedly a very fast one within an hour, was to give me a new login account number and password. When i logged into that there was my monthly premium. They didnt explain wat had happened but it looked to me like my old account was gone and they gave me a new one. Did you contact their customer service?

    @jeremingway...i tried zevera one time. it was good to have the different provider options but i found their service very hit and miss and more often than not it wouldnt connect. When it worked it was good but too frustating for me to work with. Could be a geographical thing though i guess?

    Then do not worry, try again later.
    A few days ago I was buying also uploaded a premium, long connection with the bank, I got tired of waiting, return to my Upload account, there was already a Premium.

    Because it wasn´t an option! I was the one that found out they´ve charged me several times for the same month, not my bank!
    But I guess my bank is so immature when it comes to issiues like this they simply didn´t knew how to react to the problem. Im really considering changing bank after this experience!!!
