The mau5 has been acting like a right little bitch lately.

That new track he's working on and teasing (dunno the name, it has male vox though) is pretty poor too imo... if he wasn't the mau5, I don't think it'd be noticed/appreciated one bit. Generic.

Still I might check it out and see what its like.

Dont get me wrong Im a huuuge Deadmau5 fan. Not trying to sound like a hipster but I have all the albums and love his more "underground" stuff (Cocktail Queen and Clockwork are my favs).

Where are my Keys is a big, stinky, pile of poop to me.

Post-4x4=12 the mau5es output has been kinda hit n miss. Again Im not tryna dog him or insinuate I can do better... I just expect more from the mau5.

EDIT: I just re-read your post... I think you're agreeing with us? As in you're sayin the huuuuge drop in quality from Ghosts -> Keys?

I also like more his underground stuff. Like The reward is cheese, Slip, Cafe del mar, Sometimes things get whatever, Hey Baby, Cocktail Queen, FML, Cthulu Sleeps, Ghosts 'n stuff, :beg: STROBE
And the one that I like the most is Stereo Fidelity, the unorganized one.

But yes, I kind of feel like his more focused on touring and stuff that now his new releases feels like empty to me. I get the impression he's more focused getting new artists in his label (skrillex, excision, etc) than in producing for himself.

However, Where My Keys is a nice track after all, it has some kind of (blue) groove that I like.
