This is for anyone having trouble logging in whilst using Firefox

    Originally, this and most other sites opened fairly quickly in Firefox, then things slowed down. I tried looking for answers online and found very little in the way of help.

    Yesterday though I came across this bit of advice.

    Tools/Options/Advanced/network/settings (select the 'No Proxy' option) And suddenly I am not waiting 30 /45 seconds for this site to open any longer, it's instant.

    I hope this helps you, if you are having the same or similar problem

    to your point, Firefox has been a bit disappointing for a while now..

    and how much time have they had already to foxfix that RAM eating problem.. ??

    it may be true because there's a special module on this engine that tracks bad IP's (proxies) and makes the browsing experience discouraging :wink:
