Actually it's no VST. It's the new DAW and successor of Logic by Apple Inc.. Pictures of it only appear on Apple devices.
That's a brand new marketing concept- the so called 'Intelligent Platform Centric Branding and Advertisment (IPCBA)'.
After given all customers the feeling they would be part of an elite clan, Apple pushes it a little further, giving non-customers the feeling....

...Rumours are, Microsoft will port this technology to E-Mail-content written in MS Outlook.
It should be part of there high tech-initiative 'FUCK (Frustrations Upgrade Centric Kernel)'.
