    Hi !

I got what is supposed to be Symphobia 2 library (Only 18Go so probably a light version) but there's no Mac installer in this one...

If someone got this installer, would it be possible to send it to me ?

    Thank you very much :)

    EDIT : I hope I respect forum's rules, I had a doubt !

Hey sorry it was hidden somewhere...

BUT another problem, when I install the Mac Installer, it then asks me for DVD1 and when I run DVD1.pkg it doesn't recognize it... I should burn it on a physical DVD or any other solution ?

Right now I'm trying to install all DVDs like this (I just created an Image Disk with Toast, if not the installation can't finish), the Mac Installer is still asking for DVD1, I'll see...

    @ Jessycd,

Unfortunately I'm not a MAC user... but if you can find a program that can create (mount) VirtualCD/DVD on your MAC as make some programs under Windows (***DAEMON, PowerISO,...*** ), it could work.
I see that you're using Toast. Can this program mount DVDs that you can then access via your desktop as make the previously mentioned ***programs*** under Windows ? :dunno:
If yes, the best way is to create a virtual image (mount) of your first DVD (DVD1), then launch it when asked. If the others DVD you have for completing the full install are already burned on DVDs, it's even better as you don't have to create (mount) new virtual DVDs. In this case and if the DVD1 can be run and installed properly, it will then asked you for the following DVDs that you just have to insert in your DVD Player. If not, you will to mount (as previously told) each DVD and indicate their paths when asked.

    As an example :
    DVD1 mounted (virtualized) on E:\
    DVD2 " " on F:\
    DVD3 " " on G:\
... etc... only limited by the virtualizer program itself and the last letter of our alphabet : Z:\ !!!

I hope these explanations are not too confused and that it can help you a little... :)
    Good luck !

    ADD-ON :

As you're also talking about the size of your library (18 GB), below is the original size of the Full ProjectSAM Symphobia 2 Library :

    LIBRARY SPECS :

    - The sample pool is in NCW format
    - The 38 GB audio pool takes up approx. 24 GB of hard drive space due to Kontakt's sample compression functionality

You can check it : http://www.projectsam.com/Products/Feature-Products/1367

So it seems that you are somewhere between a "LITE" version and the Full (!?!), or maybe your library is a bit "compressed", this can match with the 24 GB announced...
