i like the concept of the image. Did you design the model in 3dsmax?

 

Pure 2D. Except for the background, which started in FlamePainter Pro, I just used Photoshop on its own for entire thing.

First, I painted a quick 'n' dirty base layer. Then, I doodled a ton of layered sh*t on top until I was sick of it. Here's a scaled down view of the base layer...

I can see that working as a CD case insert. Do you have a PDF version that Joe Bloggs could use to print out at home on his/her inkjet printer?
