I Rewire Reason in Cubase. Very useful for the sounds you can have in Thor and Malstorm, but personally what I use more is the NN-XT sampler and the Kong Drum Machine, I haven't found any other sampler that has so much options and doesn't charge too much CPU like Kontakt does for example. The only problem that I have is when a "render" a song, because the notes in Reason always are desynchronized, and if I don't play a song from the 2nd beat it also desynchronizes.

Bitwig not supporting rewire was the main reason I didn't even bother demoing it for more than 5 minutes.
So yes i use it lots. Like others, I use it for Reason.

Pretty much like most others, I use Rewire to access Reason while working in my DAW (Reaper). And I do it for pretty much the same reasons as well: Reason is (on my pc at least) unbelievably lightweight on the CPU and it's a nice modular toy.

Like tulamide, my DAW of choice is Reaper. I chose Reaper because it reminded of Acid Pro, which was the first and only DAW I had mastered and found it super-uber-ultra-easy to use. Unfortunately, we saw how Sony let it go obsolete... no upgrades, updates or advancements.....
BUT, I soooooo love how easy it is to use for arranging and manipulating loops and stems, especially on the fly!
BUT, it sucks with being 32 bit only, tons of bugs, and it's horrible with the use of 3rd party vst/vsti.
BUT Reaper has none of the above problems and also has some extra tricks...... but it still doesn't have Acid's super easy on the fly feel with loops and stems.
so I REWIRE 32 bit Acid Pro into 64 bit Reaper, and I say the hell with Sony and their lack of interest for what was once a great DAW.

tried ableton and FL rewired, because i am in love with 3xosc, but it was to complicated, so i stopped doing it, its a waste of time, i have rewire for master and slave in ableton per options.txt disabled.
