Hi Everyone,
After months of working well Altiverb 7 XL on OSX 10.9.5 is found a way to call home in Pro Tools 10.
I re installed the Altiverb 7 install/crack plus the method and every other plug in works but Altiverb 7 XL is Coming up iLok license requested to continue.

Anyone else have this issue?

Advise on a fix?

Yes, Mr. 15 Second's ago (is that time machine seconds?)
I've repeated this process a few times instead of the dreaded reinstall mavericks ect, Now you did not mention you OS, so.... mine is 10.9.5 and this works for me.

Here's how it done just remember to restart after you make all the changes. Good Luck.

1. Replace the original system (keep a copy) dylib with the one dylib supplied with crack (softubes ext) use appropriate osx 10.9.5 ext.

2. unpack the libstXX++.6.0.9.dyib and rename it to openssh++.6.0.9.dylib place into the /usr/ lib/

after copying the openssh dylib to /usr/lib you need to make an alias of the file with this command:

sudo ln -s /usr/lib/openssh++.6.0.9.dylib /usr/lib/openssh++.6.dylib

3. Replace the codesign of the openssh dylib with this command: sudo codesign -f -s - /usr/lib/openssh++.6.0.9.dylib

4. that’s it.

 

Beside all that..... I am "feeling" like the culprit (the mutiny instigator) may be that "I" am running bootcamp which has some windows stuff, um like the before mentioned... and that "stuff" may have not been "installed completely" triggering the mutiny. That's what I'm "feeling" anyway.
Just a "psychic impression" "once again", I don't even own a "computer", no one does in the "future"..... but you already know "that".

 

Can anyone help me install the cracked altiverb. Where do I put the lib files ..

 

Someone please help Kanye,he needs a working altiverb damn it,them bitches cost money,he aint got no money for legit gear.

 

In pc its much easier .
I tried with mac without this explanation on the the top. and it is damage my os.
So be careful uf u dont kniw how to do that.
Ill stick with altiverb7 on pc.

 

1. open terminal

<type>

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE

<enter>

Fillall Finder

<enter>

2. unrar " libstd_10.9.5 "
then, search folder path.
MAC -> usr (The bottom grayed folder) -> lib

3. replace original with new one.
This file name is " libstdc++.6.0.9.dylib "

4. install For k'd PT 10 installer

5. back to terminal and type

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles FALSE

6. ENJOY!
