Alright, quick update on my end. I'm nearly finished with the write up. Should be posting it tomorrow or so. I apologize for taking so long ! It's a lot more in depth than i thought it'd be but that's just my thorough nature.

one question: batch compressing has something to do with batch resaving? because, I knew that now almost all the libs are in NCW format, so already compressed... or am I wrong?

This is true. But sometimes, new libraries aren't. I like to batch compress/re-save regardless.You're not doing any harm to the audio because once Kontakt sees NCW files it just pushes them through and doesn't touch them.

 

Okay, so a road block has been hit. I've written the entire write up in markdown.. and because i've never done one of these before, let alone on this site. I wasn't aware that AudioSex used BB Code.. i'll transpose everything over and it should be done soon.
