I recently bought a Ddj Sb2 to create mixtapes and sets for my remixes, originals, and other tracks I produced.

I'm loving serato so far, got used to it many yrs ago, but this intro version has certain limitations (only pre fader fx, super simple parameters) holding a bit my creativity.

I would love to hear your experience with serato dj (full) and some feedback about the bundled effects. And if you had the chance to get'em... The expansion packs.

Serato is asking 129€ for full version and 29 for each expansion pack. Fair deal?

One thing I don't like about Serato is it's GUI. Fx pack is made by iZotope, quality stuff!
Pitch n Time worths every penny for that price. Those other expansions usefulness depends on your skills, gears and type of gigs you attend to.

 

i have always loved Serato products (even their GUIs).
if i ever get back into DJing, Serato will be who i turn to.

 

Actually i don't like it, virtual dj is so good, but compared to others, Dj serato still good.
