Try supersaws + noise layered with piano, strings and noisy and/or piano transients. Add reverb (mostly on the strings).

An other possibility: get a copy of the nexus plugin, with a dance or edm pack, whatever, there you have tons of layered synths, keys, stabs .. most of these artists do practically the same.

 

Don't forget to drown it out with white noise and cut all the ass off all your sounds until your left with nothing but brittle noise over a weighted kick drum.. then squash the whole shit with a limiter so you need not worry about how to clock and stage a musical groove that sounds free and dynamic yet together the whole while. That is.. go the easy route if you want it to sound harsh and tiny like the example above. To each their own.. but it is soon to revisit a musical era where credible skills are mandatory to pay the bills.
