Do you know why Sylenth1 will not install on my Mac ?

I've run the demo installer from the Sylenth1 website ?
But it is not visible in Logic X or Ableton ?

It is in my components folder but not accessible some how via Logic etc -

I've tried it on both my mac's - One running OS X 10.11.1 the other running 10.9.4

Same issue on both isn't that odd

I'm I missing something here ?

System requirements

• Mac OS X 10.6 or higher
• VSTi or AU compatible host software

 

I think you're running a 32-bit version of the plug-in while your daws are 64-bit.

Ask for the 64bit osx

This is what you can get from Lennar Digital's website. I repeat: are you sure you are running the 64-bit version of Sylenth1?

 

I am running Logic X the newest version available to date - So I need a 64 bit version of Sylenth1 then ? Is that right ? And is there a 64bit version ? NO I'm gonna say ? Or am I wrong again ?

 

The 64-bit Audio Unit is available only if you purchase the synth - there is no demo for the 64-bit version (at least this is what I know).

You can test the 32-bit version with a bridge sofware like http://www.soundradix.com/products/32-lives/

 

Just installed the 32lives - Sylenth1 working plus a massive bunch of other plugins I forgotten about -
