(I used to play bass with 'Fess at Tipitina's many years ago)

I like very much to know about things people talk about so i've looked for "Fess at Tipitina's" in Saint Google and
found some things but still i want to know more, and if it is firs-hand better than better. In my search i've seen that
Professor Longhair is related somehow with alll that (in fact the video you've post is from him), for the info i guess
that Tipitina ¿ is a New Orleans club, a New Orleans quarter ?, i've seen that they organize a jazzstival, i've seen that
they made a “Celebration of the Life and Music of Professor Longhair”, with Dr. John and Allen Toussaint among
others, and so on ...

Anyway as i like very much to listen (read) first-hand anything people themselves know quite well, i thought
that perhaps you would like to go beyond your phrase and explain me a little bit more what is "Fess at Tipitina's" and
things you lived there playing your bass (and don't worry at all about you talking/writing too much in your explanations
- as i said i like very much to listen, like a children listening his/her grandpa telling him/her a tale, letting go freely the
imagination)
