Hi,

Can anyone recommend any video capture software so that I can practise composing to media (TV) with as much realism as possible?

Essentially if I'm watching something in HD (via Amazon Prime e.t.c.) or streaming something online, is there a way to capture that and retain the High Definition and ideally edit / remove the sound e.t.c.

At the moment I'm recording my screen with Quicktime and just highlighting the section I want to record (if that makes sense ...)

dunno about hi def.. just know camtasia can capture also... and think you can adjust the res...
google high res screen cap software for mac..and see what turns up...

or search a torrent tracker... muaahah
