    Sounds phony with the admail.com.ar email, however the phone number is legit for the CFPB. Maybe give them a call?

    No U.S. gov. agency would address you as "valued", and they would send you a PDF copy of any legal related documents, etc. Don't go there.

    The clue is the domain it was sent from, admail.com.ar, which is based in Argentina.

    Do a quick Google of that domain name and you will find lots of spam reports relating to that domain.
