Which audio recorder should I get? OLYMPUS LS-P2 or Zoom H5 + + XYH-6 capsule?

    Anyone had the chance of testing the OLYMPUS LS-P2 audio recorder yet? Anything good or bad to say about it?
    Or better to just spend a little more and get the Zoom H5 + + XYH-6 capsule instead? Cheers

    Can't comment on Olympus, but I have Zoom H2n and it's a decent recorder.
    Not the best one for sure - high noise floor, rather weak headphone amp, quality control issues, but it gets the job done right.
    H5 is step up from H2n in terms of preamp stage and phantom power.

    I'd probably get H5 + XYH-6.
    MSH-6 is a bit more noisy than XY mics in any Zoom recorder
