Can anyone recommend a good offline or online mp4 tool that can display the waveform in a rhythmic manner, or other visual effects to demonstrate the dynamic/rhythmic character of the audio?

EDIT: This is a good example of the visual FX I'd like to use on my mp4 uploads whether there's something similar to this, or even this same wave display which is frequency dependent.

VLC has some visualization modes. Not the most attractive but maybe enough for your purpose. There are also VLC-visualization modules, but I have had nothing but trouble with it (project milkdrop)

that's more of a visualization-desktop-environment with scripting and whatnot, but spectacular features

EDIT 2:
If the basic VLC visualizations are ok, download VLC, select "Audio=> visualization" and chose "Spectrometer" or "Bandwidth" (or whatever that is English; 2nd/3rd from the menu)
