Hi everybody !!!. I saw this video I'd like to experiment something similar but I have no idea where to begin if anyone has any suggestions about softwares and techniques or can post some tutorials is welcome

Hi 30Hz! There are several things in this video:
a) a base video
b) various animations
the above glued together by cam-tracking etc.

From what I read, you are interesting in "triggering" 3D with audio signals - and if this is correct, than things get a bit messy as there are a million of options and then some.

My gut feeling according the above video, I'd say something like a 3d-program was used, to be precise:
- a 3d program like Autodesk's flagships (3ds Max, Maya ...)
- a particle plugin like Realflow

BUT ... as I said, a million possibilites! The above setup costs shitload of moolah ... for mere experimenting, I would suggest:

A framework that also handles particles, various perspective projections (and much much more)
and of course
Blender - a free 3D software that is really sweet and allowes for modulation of 3d-object parameters through various inputs (like audio; I hope I'm right there; haven't done much in Blender in some time). Of course Blender also handles CamTracking and more.

Hope I could at least point you in some useful direction.

EDIT: in any case, don't expect this to be an easy thing. Learning curve in all things 3D is quite something.
