Up for offer is the CAD E100S which is a very fine hyper cardioid mic with super low self noise and can handle 150db of sonic pounding with its 10db pad. Incredibly priced at $264.99 compared to its usual aprox. $425.00 this is a no brainer if you have a room that is not so great and need an all arounder mic. I have one and it's worth well more than $425 in sonic quality to begin with. $265 is a steal!!!
