Yeah, "this" is my favourite tobacco, too, Kwissbeats! :hahaha: But I'm trying to not make it a habit. Same as wine.

There hardest thing I ever did was quit smoking. I was up over 3 packs a day at the peak. i would buy RJ ryo tobacco and make my own with a machine. everynight i spent at least 3 hours chain smoking on the poor playing candy crush

Better throat hit! If you're serious about trying vaping you need something with a powerful battery and a tank, my JACVapour Series-E battery and tank last for about 8-10 hours before refil and re-charge:

    These are my 3 E-Cigs:

Am vaping since 11 months and smoked American Spirit natural tobako and naturakl Lucky Strike's for about 10 years before.
The one in the centre did cost about 250€ (all components originals), the left one about 35€ and the right one was about 50€
(all components are chinese clone products - as orginals it would cost about 440€ and the clones are nearly as good).

I stopped smoking right after start vaping and don't miss anything. With the middle one I have the best results - a good
flash, big clouds and a light warm vapor (like ciarette smoke).

The best thing is - if I vape for 1 day (before it was a pack of Lucky Strike), I pay about 10 cent for my self made juice/e-liquid
and I'm able to control the amount of nicotine. To get the best results at the beginning it's good to start with 9-12mg Nicotine/ml
and if you vape about 3ml a day, it's like smoking about 5-7 cigarettes.
After 11 months now, I'm vaping with only 1,44mg/ml about 7ml a day (my e-cigarette vaporizes much more liquid than a normal e-cig
cause I configured the coil to do it like that) and that's about 10mg nicotine which I inhale and since about 1/3 of that stays in the
body, it's like smoking half a cigarette to 1 cigarette a day while producing the amount of "smoke" like from a whole package of cigarettes.

    Long story short:
As Vaper I consume the nicotine of 1/2 - 1 cigarette a day, pay about 10 cent for that and produce
the visible amount of "smoke" like from 1 whole pack (or more) of real stinkies/cigarettes.

Side-Effects are: no stinky air, no smoky-yellow covered hardware when vaping indoor, smelling like a non-smoker and no stinky clothes anymore.

How would you prepare the tobacco for use in the vaporizer?

    Yes , clearly true.

With my vaporizer , you can put any herb you want, even tabacco. Take a look for a storz-bickel vaporizer.

I use it since for 2 months and it's perfect.

If you tell me it's expensive, i can ask you the question , how many cost a cancer ? How many do you evaluate the price of your life ?

OK, sorry to go off-topic but I see an oportunity to top-up the English grammar for those obviously non-native English speakers who are writing 'since 2 months' etc!

E.g. 'I have been doing since 2 months' is wrong.
E.g. 'I have been doing for 2 months' is correct.
E.g. 'I have been smoking since I was 25' is correct.
E.g. 'I have been smoking since the summer' is correct.

So, we use 'since' to refer to a specific date or event or to refer to something personal and specific. We use 'for' to refer to an amount of time, e.g. for two years, I have been getting an Indian takeaway on Friday nights since last spring, but, I have been getting an Indian takeaway on Friday nights for nearly a year now.
    Be well

It's expensive but it worth it IMHO. You can use it with tobacco or whatever medicinal plants you want, thyme, sage, eucalyptus, etc... to help healing little illness for example.
I don't trust the E-cigs business and their liquid re-charge I don't know what they put inside.

Nice setup r4e! Yeah, I stopped smoking what I call "analogs" myself..... The technology has come so far over even just the last 3 years, what used to pass for great back then is crap now.... It's kind of like comparing early soft synths to Monark or Diva or something....

I just got a Vaporshark DNA 200, and I have a Kanger Nebox as my ancillary unit. The DNA200 is insane in throat hit, flavor, and definitely kills my desire for real cigarettes. It has 200 watts of power, (duh, hence the name), but with the DNA mod chip etc, (I only run it at around 70watts), it gets to the perfect temperature/etc every time. AND it has firmware updates and 93 parameters you can adjust from your PC if inclined.... big fan of it....

DEFINITELY a LOOONG way from the ole' Ego C twists, etc, and old leaky tank with bad designs from yesteryear....

thanks Ash, that's incredible stuff! Although really too big for my taste. But certainly a good option for solid ingredients.
So why don't you prepare your own?
If you order liquids for medical use and don't play around with dubious artificial flavor additives but rather use natural ones, I see no reason for not using them.

When i was 12 years old i started smoking cigarettes, Parisienne a swiss brand. To be honest i also started smoking pot then. So the cigaretts got mostly used for rolling up spliffs. Now after 35 years of smoking i am looking resp. thinking about just smoking pure like with a vaporiser.
At least since the last ten years i only use american spirit untreated tobacco as it has no added flavors(chemicaly), it's allready enough with the stuff that is in tobacco itself.
In retrospect i wish i had not started smoking at all, tobacco i mean, not pot, as nicotine is one of the worst addiction causing drugs/nerve poisons there is.
If it has to be tobacco only i would opt for the one that is most clean in terms of biological standards or even better plant my own alongside the tomatoes and potatoes.

@Introninja I'm an e-cig guy now, but I've vacillated between about 3 brands in my 9 year smoking lifestyle (age 16-25) and through bumming from friends, I've had enough cigs of about 5 or 6 brands to have an actual valid opinion about them.

And I can definitively say that American Spirits are superior to any other mass-produced cigarette in every. single. way. They taste better, smoke longer, produce more smoke, have more nicotine content and are allegedly much healthier than any other major cigarette.
