Just wondering if anyone who owns one or the push 1 found a really good case they can recommend!

 

I've yet to find even a decent cover I like for the Push 2. The Push 1 covers had issues with scratching the edges of the unit. The Push 2 has the metal top, not rubber, but hoping the manufacturers of the new cases/covers don't make it quite so tightly fitted. I take umbrage at paying $100 for a piece of stupid vacu-formed plastic so wait for there to be some competition.

 

Yeah I am having a hard time.. The best things I saw were these. I love the DJ road case but 160?!?!?

That thing doesn't even look like it would fit. Push 2 is bigger than the original.

 

How do you travel? Those flight cases are heavy, heavy, heavy. If you have to schlepp your gear from gig to gig you'll hate it. You will always have to get a baggage trolley at the airport, you'll always have to take the taxi... It's annoying as hell.

I'm using stuff from them since the early 2000s and they never failed me. They are cleverly designed and have thought-through features. I.e: my record bag has a removable (velcro-fastened) padding in the lid that sports a secret invisible compartment on the backside, whatever that could be needed for ;)

Besides: Push is kinda overkill for the live performance.

 

Wow.. It's bigger than the original that cuts down pretty much all my options (as they said they were used for push!!). I found this on amazon, do you think this is a good alternative? If it will fit is an easy question to answer if you put in some effort yourself and measure your push 2.
Crane cases are relatively new. I'd go with something that's tried and tested.

 

I'll have to try that store that was mentioned above.

 

You better get a metal case if you are going to have 10,000 screaming fans chasing after you


PS Flightcase everything, it pays in the long run

 

I wonder if an APC40 case would fit a Push 2. That might be better dimensions for it. Push 2 is a bit wider than the original I believe
