Regular mode everything is fine but for some reason when I scroll to my sample library through the "push 2" there is nothing there The cake throwing will have to be put on hold until this is solved.

 

You didn't mention which version of Live and on what OS.
The only thing I can think of offhand is, did you set up the sample library under Places? That shows up fine here that way.

 

I think its Live Lite and Windows 10.. I have it under places... Its funny everything else shows up but that. I'll give it a whirl tomorrow and hopefully it will read it.

 

Could do worse but try deleting the Places link and restart Live and recreate the linkage. Perhaps something is confuzzled.

 

sounds good to me! The stock Drum kits are pretty interesting.. I need to look for more

Browse->places->your custom samples folder which you set up in live beforehand...
