What's this sound from (library, sample pack)?

    Hey, guys. So I have been wondering about the origin of a really cool little loop. It might be from a kontakt library or a sample cd, but I'd like your opinions/speculations on where you think it might be from. I've heard it in many different video games, TV (from the television show CSI), and even in this video here (not exactly the same but VERY similar; you can hear it in the background).

    Sounds like something from Stylus RMX to me, I can't be more specific.
