Updating drivers on Delta 192 soundcard without removing card?

    I'm currently using a M-Audio Delta 192 internal soundcard. For some reason I have to remove and reinstall the card each time for it to recognize the card and install the updated drivers. This is a real pain in the ass. Does anyone know of a workaround for updating the drivers without physically removing and reinstalling the card? Thanks

    u can disable and enable the card :) should do the same imo.

    There should be a driver uninstaller which takes care of this problem.

    So the process would be- Uninstall Driver - Disable Card - Install New Driver - Enable Card?

    Do mean the option in the "Device Manager"? I have no problem uninstalling the old driver, it just won't update the new drivers without taking the card out, reinstalling and going through the "Found New Hardware" process upon start up.
