What is the best single plugin you own?

    It turns out that many VST FX are calibrated at 0 VU and this plugin allows me to achieve the maximum sound quality on offer. It is also indispensable for gain staging signal chains and setting up the master bus.

    I don't know about the best, but I can recommend Voxengo Span as an essential item for people at all skill levels.

    It's absolutely invaluable for all kinds of things, learning what's going on with your music, studying other people's tracks, testing and comparing plugins,tuning things like percussion or other instruments, It's one of the first things I stick on my master channel and it never leaves. The RMS and Correlation meter are useful as well.

    If your after serious bass then trillians just awsome,personally i program hardstyle n olskool dnb etc so in terms of the synths i myself use alot are as follows>>>>Predator.punch.BFD3,Geist.Battery.Imposcar
    .serum.fm8.ACE.Bazille .absynth .massive. Synthix.odessy2....even the oldies like lin plugs alpha is a goodn as is albino ,i still use em both.......Looms real good too....Reaktor 6 i use quite a bit with razor and monark..................Theres a tonn more but im going off the top of my head................Thats not to say i know them all in and out of course...............but there are all properly capable of some serios noize...................................

    I guess it's BX_Solo, since N.I. Maschine has no Mono/Stereo Switch. It's just crucial for me for selecting channels of Drums and chopped Samples.

    Check the tutorial in the link I posted above. I always pay close attention to the levels at various stages throughout the DAW. The latest DMP video also touches on this topic.

    Doesn't look very sexy, but it's just brilliant.
