HELP! Copy & Paste from other sites retaining all formatting

    Seemingly out of nowhere, when I copy and paste info from a website into a new forum post, it is retaining all formatting, including the background color. Clicking the Remove Formatting button does not correct this.

    Any ideas? I have copied much content into Software Release posts over time and have never experienced this issue. Has something changed? Have I inadvertently changed a preference?

    Help! It is greatly increasing the amount of time it takes for me to create a Software Release post.

    Same for my last posts. You can fix (partially) the problem setting one text-style and one font-style for the whole text. It's not perfect but works for me.

    What I do:
    Copy, paste in notepad (or any other simple text editor without formatting), CTRL+A, copy again, paste in your new post.
    What's good is that if you paste this way, it will keep the formatting of your current post.

    Yes, that is what I have have started doing, but it's a pain in the arse.
