Has anyone gotten usb2 and usb3 working properly on hackintosh el capitan? If so where do I go to find instructions on how to fix it?

 

USB 3 on el cap is a known issue, especially with non intel USB3 chipsets.
You should check hackintosh forums like insanelymac or tonymacx86. Don't ask that here...

 

I have been looking there. I figured that someone here might have came across the same issue or similar and could point me in the right direction.

 

I had to go back to Yosemite myself, after trying out ElCap for a couple days. Nothing else then miserie.
Reinstalled Yosemite and everything works (almost) perfect. Besides losing permissions on every app after opening it once (cleared alc's and such) and sometimes all usb's not booting up from the first time, everything else works perfectly. Even people with original mac's have problems with ElCap, if you find more info, share you're knowledge please

It all depends on the Hardware you use.
USB 2 and 3 is working here properly.

 

I just updated to 10.11.3 and I don't have any problem that I know until now.
I have GA-Z77X-UP5 TH as mainboard and i7 3770K.
