All the money comes from the people who pay taxes, be it to pay politicians or Cubases.. I don't see it making much difference.

BUT, it surely makes a difference if you live in one of the EU countries that are suposed to be in eternal debt and all that people do is pay pay pay... good to know we're paying Cubases now too.

There's a big difference between a WANT and a NEED and I really doubt that those "experts" would agree that you NEED Cubase for a webprogramming/multimedia business if their own pockets were the investors.

It's not "one Cubase" that's gonna break the world, of course not... it's the principle of "the unknown others are paying for it so...fuck it". Remember that we all are "the unknown others".

Srsly why the hating bro ? you may love reaper, i may not, someone else's prefer Pro tools other's don't, it is all about choices, that's why there is too many daws, that's why there is too many music genres everyone prefers somethings unique, i personally would love to use cubase instead of Reaper...
