I've been practing alot learning classical style, but would also like to learn any basics like playing trance patterns on the keyboard, especially goa, but, haven't found anything solid - like a full tutorial.

    Are there any?

    Yo mate!
Me neither, don't know any tuto dedicated to Arp precisely however, you could try the Psylocibian tuto from Soundmagnus,if i remember well...there are 2,Psy and prog...not yet seen but i assume both should cover this aspect...maybe you could give it a try...

There is not much to it. Arpeggios are broken chords, so listen, recreate the chord, then go crazy and full-on einaudi on your piano.

    Learn music theory.
Play chords and scales with a piano sound. (much easier and less stress to find out harmonics than playing arps :)
Get a feel for minor and major
Try playing 2 notes after each other and then together to identity the feeling and what happens.
If you play to fast and many notes it gets harder to feel whats going on.
get a feel for Phrygian, Byzantine, Ahaba Rabba (if you like goa, http://www.looknohands.com/chordhouse/piano/)
play pads (much easier and less stress to find out harmonics than playing arps :)
    do research on counter point
once you got this you can play arps or just compose them by hand.

techniques? playing the piano is all about technique. this is why you have to take lessons to become any good on the piano.

Unfortunately there seems to be very little on trance keyboard playing. The main arsenal for classic Goa and Psy Trance are the arpeggiator, sequencer and groove boxes.
Are you using vsts or a hardware keyboard?
did find this, a bit basic and short but it'll give you an idea.

By groove box I mean this kind of thing.

This one is so cool. Download any page you want, merge the png files using eg. Picture Merge Genius, then convert it to midi format using PhotoScore & NotateMe.
