It takes too long to load the program. Although this option disabled "" Load VST folder at the top "." VST constant errors. and Studio One legend fucking stopped working.

Sorry for the rudeness, but it is annoying to be working on a project and suddenly breaks. Advice please. Regards.

Check for the plugins that are causing the loading error, for me was some openssh softube plugins.. I had to check all my plugins by removing them all, and then added one by one again...

i find buying the things i use is the best option avoiding "iffy" cracks and enabling support from the developer

It tells you on load up what plugins could be the problem if your watching. The last plugin listed before the crash is the problem to look at. Also what are you on Mac or Win?

I have the legit version of Studio One 3 and I don't use 3.1.1 outside of recording audio so I can use my Studio 192 with it seamlessly. Other than that for mixing and everything else I use 3.02... no issues there. 3.1.1 has issues with some of my plugins which I bought. It can be overcome by using it in WIndows 8 compatability mode but plugins take longer to load etc. (performance issues) Hope that there next version addresses this. I use Win 10

SO3 is one of the best to me, but the last update brought some problems, in my experience at least. "Deep uninstall" and reinstall, seems to have solved it all. Good luck!

Try posting some system stats, and a more detailed desc. of the issues.

    Its not sh!t for me.

    MORE than likely, user error.

I just made the switch to Studio One 3 and I finally have it stable with no erros now. Initially I had to delete the VST3 version of the plugs giving me issues. A few softube openssh ones. I have another version (au, vst) version of them though and those work fine. Just identify which plugs are causing the issue and remove them. S1 loads up fairly fast here, and i've got a large template.

It won't show him any "listed plugins" if he has the "Scan at start-up" unchecked in the settings.

I too have a slight issue with SO3 on Windows 10.

At first launch after booting up my machine, it takes a few long minutes at these stages: "Starting up VST3 support, as well as Starting up VST2 support".

If I close SO3 and reopen it, it fly's by the "starting up VST3 and VST2 support"

... seems to be a problem only after booting up my machine.

Never had these issues when booting into my hackintosh and using SO3 in Yosemite... also, S1 is faster for me in OSX for some reason. In Win 10 cpu intensive tasks are much slower... perhaps its bios settings?

Despite the speed and wait times in Win 10, I'm really enjoying the platform for making music... I kinda missed it over the last few years...

If anyone has any possible solutions for the issues listed above, I'd love to hear from you.

I'm not sure which stage you're in but I wish that will help.

when you say it takes too long to load / start program, how long is too long? 2 minutes? an hour? a day? a week?

start up problems are usuallly caused by faulty plugins / vst errors, or far too many plugins available

suggest remove / delete / uninstall S1 and ALL vst plugins, then re-install Studio1 that should sort it

This ignores, "Call someone and disrupt their domestic serentity, or interrupt their pleasant conversation with someone else, without even asking how one is doing nor any regard for whether they be occupied or receptive at the moment, with a heated, panicked demand that one drop whatever one is thinking, doing or eating in order to assume the burden of your anxiety and stress and to provide on-the-spot tech support for some problem whose solution you could and should find online and walk yourself through with a little patience and basic language skills; make one feel as though you are hostile toward one, as though it were one's fault for your anxiety and stress; stamp and pout and yell because this is a really terrible crisis and you're so infantile that you won't assume basic responsibility for some tech gizmo on which your own daily life or livelihood depends."

I just noticed this behaviour on my Windows 10.
Starting app and then waiting maybe 5 min at: starting up vst3 support and 2.4 support and nothing...
And I found what causing this problem :) It's Windows Defender. After disabling WD app flying like a superman.
