Wanna know why it's called Audioutopia?
He cracked Pro Tools, got drunk and high as a kite and tried to type in Audiopotop which in Russian alphabet would be аудиопотоп meaning audio deluge, but as high as he was, he wasn't able to scramble together all the right keys on his keyboard... so I looked at it and said him, hey that's not Audiopotop, he opened his one eye and mumbled "мне поебать" meaning "i don't give a f***", so packed all those cracked apps, added what he typed in and forwarded to a guy who distributes it over internet...

Thanks to all that bragging by him, FBI is now after both of us and that's only because of these pictures, picture which I took, but he insisted on posting everywhere, you might think that FBI are after us because of cracking iLok2, but no, the real story is more hilarious why we got their attention... and all because of the damn pictures... the answer why they're after us is in these pictures and it aren't cracks, figure it out..

 

I don't think so... for a simple reason :

Most of the time, 'Team R2R' provide us 'KeyGens' with their Releases (when applicable !), whereas all the recent (and so incredible !) Releases of 'Team AudioUTOPiA' were provided without any need for 'KeyGens', thus you can just launch the 'Setups' and get the Plugins installed and working as is...

 

The nonsense is strong in this one..

 

Well if it is R2R i wonder why they haven't done any Mac stuff unless they just haven't released it yet

Off topic :I'm just now realizing the Silver Shroud missions in Fall Out 4 are inspired by this The Shadow show. Never heard of it before.

On topic : I seriously doubt they are the same. But both appear to like manga and cracking. Actually come to think of it, I know a guy who likes manga and cracking, maybe he's several teams?!?

 

Anyways, FBI are after AudioUtopia or previously known as AudioPotop... because Audiopotop stole CRT monitors from FBI office... so when those pictures of Putin and cracked Pro Tools started surfacing, FBI got informed, though they didn't give a f*** about some cracked virtual plugins, but nevertheless they took a look at those pictures, just in case some identifying details were left in it, so one of the agents was like: "da f****! that's our CRTs in those pictures!!! Jeff, start the van..."
As you see FBI got left with only one CRT monitor in an entire bureau, because we stole every monitor from them.

 

I doubt they are one in the same. NFOs are worded differently, English grammar is better with AU. Dogen is a member here and unless he was messing with me, was not aware of our sister site. AirEQ was the plugin that started it all as he was digging into iLok2. He sent beta releases to some of us here to test. I stopped hearing from him in September....then 3 months later all hell broke loose and we got EVERYTHING!

i tried to convince him to do the same thing for mac a couple of days ago...he tells me that's possible to do,
but i don't think he wants to.
R2R team are Mac & Win releaser..not Utopia's team (Win releaser)
anyway the point is his work not his name ...

why don't you suggest that he teams up with Hexwars or R2R, or even OpenSSH and release his love to the mac World ?

Maybe they can help him Work on the AAX version of some of his releases too,

and Try to re-apply his methods on the Mac world, it is not impossible to have mac OS X nowadays, because if he is interested in releasing his stuff to the Mac world, he can make a Hackintosh out of his computer, and install mac Os X, try's to work, and whenever something that maybe complicated for him he can ask the experienced people...

if you ask me, i think a lot of people from the cracking team would love to work on this, as sharing the knowledge will make things easier better and faster for the scene, even they can start working on elicenser if possible, i mean This guy From utopia, OpenSSH, R2R and Hexwars ? who knows what they can do when they combine their efforts ? lol

+1 I wouldn't mind testing that avid heat for 3 to 4 months.
So many times I wast money buying plugs that never gets used. demo period too short for full testing.
