Hi to everyone!

I need some help for a current animation proyect.
I´m trying to create modulated-strange-weird-organic voices but it´s driving me insane.
Something like pixar movies, star wars and some robotish skrillex or dubstep "waa waa" sounds...
I´m working with some synths like massive and automations, but I think maybe there is a good sampler vst that allows me to apply some lfos or fx directly to a voice sample, tweak and change stretch, and get more "organic" or expressive sounds. Maybe I could "act" the scene, record my own voice and process the sample to get more accurate synchronization with the movie.

Any suggestions??? Thanks!

I think that iZotope Nectar has many features that can help you to achieve this result.
Has a very powerfull engine to modify voices...
Maybe you can work with it together to other stuff...

Great suggestions. I´m checking how they sound right now...
Nectar seems to be powerfull to extreme pitch variations note by note in the midi editor.
I think I can get funny cartoon voices using it in that way.
The mouth is nice too... more synthesized I think? Well I´ve to create some android sounds!
I´m going to check shortcircuit and dfx.. I´ve used "buffer override" in the past and it is an amazing plugin.

Again, thanks.. now.. I´ve a lot of work to do with all this tools.

Try with Spectrum Works Plug-in, you will need some time to learn the options, but you will see the possibilities are great.

Logic has Flex. Cubase has Warp. Ableton live has...rubber audio(?). There are many ways to edit/adjust/sync vocals.
You can also fuck it up, like with FFT, granulizing, FM, formant filter, pitching, etc. There are soo many ways to do this.
