I purchased this plugin upgrade pack in few weeks ago.
but i didn't recive any plugin links until to now.

is this fake?. and i'm really stupid?

 

I thought Crysonic doesn't exists anymore. Are they still imparting spams as before?

Don't worry, you're not the only one going through the same issue. There were lots of users complaining about the same problem as you.
Let's hope they'll refund you at least..
and you? be careful next time. You can always ask us about your intention before spending any $$$.

 

The real ones are even fakes. Do your best to get a refund and...I double what Evorax said, ask here before you plunk down your hard earned, there's wisdom in his words.

 

Crysonic are known Spam-Terrorists!
Sometimes they dare to send out 8–10 same e-mails in one week.
Their Plug-Ins and site may look fancy but it's just cosmetics.
Australia deserves much better developers i.m.o.

Today, I was shocked.
Remember was my last trade just 3-4 years ago between me and crysonic.

It is there not exist anymore. It is really a shock.

Yes they are super Spam-Terrorists!
But I just thought that they were just struggling in financial trouble.
( yes i know. i'm stupid)

I had even emailed serious about licensing issues and vision for the future over 3-4 times.
and I did not receive a single reply.

But I did not doubt them.
This is because their website had always active and have the news.

Anyway, I wonder why the Australian government does not take action.

I will now try to find a way to receive a refund.
