Is it possible to stop Maschine from scanning for new library content on startup?
It keeps trying to add every sample of every Kontakt library.
It hangs before completing and it's just a nuisance.
I can't remove the locations from the library preferences either.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible for you to enter "stop Maschine from scanning" in your preferred searchengine? You will find two Youtube-Videos explaining the solution for atleast one of your problems.

The only information I could find online is how to stop the VST search.
There was nothing that I could find relating to the libraries.
If you have a link to something I may have missed please feel free to share.

Sorry my fault. I thought killing these two engines would help.
On Win you have a folder "C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Maschine 2". There are two files "komplete.db3" and
"Plugin.data" copy these to another folder and delete them afterwards in the original folder then start Maschine.
Another idea i have is to rename the Folder which Maschine tries to Scan and then start Maschine and delete the Wrong library entries.
    Hope this helps.

Tried that... The databases just rebuild themselves on startup.

    I'm on a PC.
    I've previously tried both suggestions.
I appreciate your effort to help but I've given up all hope on this.
FWIW, I have noticed it doesn't scan when used as a plugin... only in standalone mode.
